Each phase contains tasks, deliverables, associated roles, supporting information and guidelines.

It is a process of developing a project plan by considering various elements such as objective, requirements, Schedule, resources, personnel and problems. Project schedule must be developed by allocating sufficient time and other resources.

The purpose of this phase is to define and document the client's overall business and application requirements. This Phase includes the definition of how exactly the current system works and how the system could work better to support business needs.

The purpose of this phase is to design the solution that best suites the client's business and technical requirements, and to define the underlying infrastructure needed to support the solution.

The purpose of this phase is to implement the solution based on the client's requirements and the design. Perform component, functional specification, and requirements testing.

Testing is a process used to help identify the correctness, completeness, security, and quality of developed computer software. Our testing team, whose mission is to monitor our solutions thoroughly before deployment.

In the deployment phase, an acceptance process completes the full implementation of the system at the client side. All user training is completed and the system goes live.

The purpose of this phase is giving operational and technical support and reevaluating the solution for determining update requirements after the deployment of the project successfully.
